What you can do to help healing:
Bleeding gums
• warm salt water rinses(1/2 cup warm water to ¼ teaspoon salt) several

• baking soda and warm water rinses(1/2 cup warm water to ¼ teaspoon

• holistic patients-calendula tincture 10-15 drops in ¼ cup lukewarm water
.. -tea tree oil 2-3 drops in ½ cup lukewarm water
Sore gums
• oxygene dental gel(available @ dental office)
• Arnica 10X before treatment
• gentle massage with a soft bristle toothbrush and warm water is also

• advil 400mg 1 hour prior to treatment and as needed after treatment to
.. help with pain, decrease inflammation
Sensitive teeth
• effective plaque control is critical to control hypersensitivity
• brush with prevident 5000 plus toothpaste(available @ dental office)

Suggested treatment for tissue healing:
• high fibre diet including dietary fibre supplements
• alcohol free antimicrobial mouthrinses-peridex, orocleanse, oxyfresh
• Vitamin C-1500mg a day with meals
• eat a well balanced diet or supplement accordingly
