| DENTAL TREATMENT PREPARATION PROTOCOL |
| For best results, take remedy 1 week prior to dental amalgam removal and 1 week following procedure. You may use either Mercury Detox by Tyler or ProvexCV by Melaleuca as well as Zinc Chelate 50mg/day. |

| Rescue Remedy | 1 drop under the tongue just prior to procedure |

What to expect after your therapy:
• bleeding gums(may last a few hours)
• tender or sore gums(may last a day or two)
• teeth maybe sensitive to hot, cold and air
What you can do to help healing:
Bleeding gums
• warm salt water rinses(1/2 cup warm water to ¼ teaspoon salt) several
.. times daily
• baking soda and warm water rinses(1/2 cup warm water to ¼ teaspoon
.. baking soda) several times daily
• holistic patients-calendula tincture 10-15 drops in ¼ cup lukewarm water
.. -tea tree oil 2-3 drops in ½ cup lukewarm water
Sore gums
• oxygene dental gel(available @ dental office)
• Arnica 10X before treatment
• gentle massage with a soft bristle toothbrush and warm water is also

Sensitive teeth

Suggested treatment for tissue healing:
• high fibre diet including dietary fibre supplements
• alcohol free antimicrobial mouthrinses-peridex, orocleanse, oxyfresh
• Vitamin C-1500mg a day with meals
• eat a well balanced diet or supplement accordingly
